Lois Kraus, Co-Chair, Westfield Green Team
Lois Kraus is a retired risk manager and middle school science teacher, now focused on educating others about sustainability and resiliency. As co-chair of the Westfield Green Team, she coordinates volunteers and team priorities, as well as pioneering the Green Career Fair for high school students. Lois brings these initiatives outside of municipal borders to collaborate around New Jersey. Lois is passionate about working with student groups to help them set and achieve their environmental goals.
She is a New Jersey Science Convention board member, Rutgers Tree Steward, Rutgers Master Gardener and a Rutgers Environmental Steward. In 2020, Lois co-founded Advocates for Transforming Landscaping in New Jersey (ATL-NJ), a volunteer cooperative seeking to transition away from the use of two-stroke, gas-powered landscaping equipment in New Jersey.
We will also welcome The Say Interim CEO Anjali McCormick as a guest.

Chris Bonner, CEO, The Connection
Christopher Bonner, an experienced executive with over 27 years of professional success and a long-standing commitment to service, has been appointed to serve as the next Executive Director of The Connection.
“Chris is a dynamic leader who the Trustees are excited to partner with in directing The Connection’s second century of success,” said Lanzone. “His depth of leadership experience, knowledge of the greater Summit community and his commitment to social equity will ensure The Connection continues its deep history of program and service excellence and meaningful engagement.”
For the past four years, Bonner has been the Director of Operations for Kent Place School where he led and provided executive oversight for school-wide operations. Previously, he was an educator and then Director of Campus Operations for KIPP New Jersey, a charter school that is part of the “Knowledge is Power” national charter school system.
We will also welcome Winberie's manager David Maskello as a guest.
