We’re honored to welcome Summit Police Officer David Kotiga of the Community Policing Unit as our featured speaker. Officer Kotiga has served with the Summit Police Department since 2015 and is a familiar face in our community, known for his outreach and engagement with residents of all ages. His presentation, “Senior Scams: What You Need to Know,” will offer practical tips to help protect our older neighbors from fraud and financial exploitation.
